Gail is the Principal of Turning Point Theatre Arts. She started her training in Lancaster, by attending dance lessons from the age of 4. At 16, she successfully auditioned for the Royal Ballet School and later continued her training at Laine Theatre Arts. After an extensive performing career, with the Swedish Ballet Company and Arlene Phillips ‘Hot Gossip’ on her list of achievements, Gail turned her hand to choreography and production. She has produced many shows at both amateur and professional level, which have been performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Manchester Palace Theatre, the Dominion Theatre and more recently Disneyland Paris. Gail has taught at home and abroad, extending her skills to include fitness, gym instruction and tutoring groups who have special educational needs.

She has worked freelance in schools, colleges and at Lancaster university. She is a fully qualified, registered teacher with the British Ballet Organisation and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (both recognised by the qualifications and curriculum authority), is a fully qualified fitness instructor and a vocational accessor.

All staff at Turning Point have enhanced CRB clearance, are fully insured, have first aid certification and child chaperone licences.
